Project Coordinator – Regional Accounts Department (Bellevue, WA).
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the administrative tasks involved in our sign projects after they are sold. You will provide support to our Reginal Accounts Department in all areas of the projects from beginning to end.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Review details of projects with pre-sale team to ensure all required paperwork has been obtained for the management of the project
Assist with the creation of a job folder and with all of the administrative aspects of the job
Follow up with various departments to ensure project timelines are met
Review cost estimates and create budget sheets
Assist in the management of purchase orders
Coordinate work orders to design department
Assist with the coordination of sign permits and installations
Ensure accounting department has all necessary documentation to complete project billing
Manage incoming orders from multiple accounts
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
2+ years’ construction project management or other related professional experience required
